Jason Bonanno, Executive Director of Market Development (EDMD)
Jason brings extensive experience in commercial real estate finance, lending, and sustainability. He has held roles at JPMorgan and previously served as Associate Director of Originations at Nuveen Green Capital, where he originated C-PACE projects across Colorado. His role focuses on growing Colorado’s C-PACE market by building partnerships with property owners, developers, lenders, and contractors, while helping streamline access to long-term financing for energy efficiency and resiliency projects across the state. His leadership supports Colorado’s efforts to advance high-performance buildings, energy efficiency, and long-term sustainability goals statewide.

Sukriti Arora, Operations Manager
Sukriti brings experience in sustainable finance, climate policy, and program operations, with a background spanning impact investing, clean energy finance, and international development. She has worked across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, including roles supporting climate and sustainability initiatives at organizations such as Nuveen Green Capital. In her role, Sukriti supports program operations, stakeholder engagement initiatives. Her work focuses on improving program accessibility, streamlining processes, and supporting the expansion of long-term financing solutions for energy efficiency, resiliency, and high-performance building projects across Colorado.
